Marc, 37 years old
Lou, 28 years old
Marc loves cooking, especially particular dishes from his area. With his wife Virginie they particularly love hosting and sharing meals. Very interested in meeting new people around a meal, they decide to join Cookening.
Marc creates his table on Cookening. He selects a format, decides on the contribution that will be asked from guests and provides a few pictures of dishes he might offer during meals. Once this information is on his table, he publishes it.
Marc’s table is verified and validated by the Cookening Brigade
Lou is interested in experiencing a new kind of meal, eating in someone's home. She's interested in eating great authentic food, but also in meeting new people. She discovers Cookening.
Lou is looking for a table that match her interests, especially the locally recommended cuisine.
Lou has seen Marc’s table and she loves it. She sends a booking request.
Marc receives Lou’s request, and can accept it, decline it or continue to converse directly with Lou if he wants to know more.
The booking request has been accepted by Marc, Lou can now pay online to confirm her request. She pays Marc's request contribution and Cookening fees.
The meal is now confirmed. Contact information is shared between Marc and Lou, as well as the address for the meal.
A meal is hosted at Marc’s place, with Lou and eventually other guests around the table. Wonderful memories are made as the food and conversations are shared.
Marc receives the contribution paid by Lou on his Cookening account.
Lou and Marc are invited to write a review and give a note about each other, so other Cookening users can see more information. This allows each of them to be trusted even further.
