Living in Sweden for few years now, I try to bring my "French cooking" with a mix of Scandinavian influence.
Always in search for trying new recipes, I love sharing a nice meals with guests.

I love travelling and sometimes try some exotic dishes, last one in date was Sri Lankan curry.
I still come back vey ofter to my roots and add some French traditional touch to my meals.
