Gastro Club, you’ll be seated around our massive communal table of century-old reclaimed wood, surrounded by new friends who share your love for fresh, local food and the fellowship and storytelling that naturally spring from the dinner party setting.
At Gastro Club , you’ll enjoy a multi-course meal with under request special pairing with wine, beer, made with the freshest local and artisan ingredients (often hand-raised by your chefs), as well as the stories behind them. David & Zil have traipsed across most of the globe and brought back ingredients, recipes, techniques, and memories that combine into the ultimate, personal dinner party experience.
We respect and honor our ingredients and want them to look and taste like themselves. Our recipes are inspired by classic, traditional preparations, enriched by our collective creativity from years of travel and kitchen adventures.
