The pot roast is a traditional local dish, cook over a slow fire in our aromatic red wine, which comes from our grapes, that every year in the month of October, the whole family gathers with such enthusiasm.
vegetables are grown in the family garden, and filled with bread baked in a wood oven and olives from our olive trees
