Simple and easy: no luxurious products (except special occasions !) no complicated recipes but just simple, fresh, earthy food. I love cooking but hate spending too much time preparing it (again: except special occasions!). I enjoy varieties of spices, herbs, seasonning to accomodate my cooking but my favorite is roasted free range chicken !
I am not afraid of mixing modern technics (tins, frozen) in order to save time, but always use the best products.
We enjoy a fireplace in the winter and a "curé" garden in the summer (yes, we grow some fruits and herbs just a stone throw from Bois de Boulogne !

    Main course

    a flattened chicken, slowly cooked with rosemary and olive oil. When my 7 years old saw this, she said: No, we're not going to eat a wall, daddy !! Normally, no left overs !

  • Lobster


    Main course

    This is normally for "special occasions" although we can find blue lobster under 30€/kg in Normandy off season. We calculated it is cheaper than to go to the pizzeria ! Delicious with fresh tarragon !
