The theme of the cooking workshop: Fresh Spring Menu - 3 courses (entrée + plat + dessert) with famous Chef from Royal Monceau / Joël Robuchon

Entrée:
Risotto à la bettrave et coulis d'herbes

Plat:
Lieu jaune rôti, pastilla de légumes et écume de poivres

Dessert:
Tartare d'ananas au citron vert et mousse coco au siphon

Objectif: meet and exchange through top standard cooking workshop at a unique place in center Paris

Time: 22nd March 15h – 18h (3 hours' workshop) then we dinner together at our modern loft (Saturday)

Place: Modern Parisian Loft – 5 rue des Reculettes (Place d’Italie)
