The Peru-inspired menu includes 5 courses. During the first 2 weekends of the month we'll serve a meat based menu and during the last 2 weekends a fish based weekend. Though, don't hesitate to make a reservation if you're vegetarian or having any other exceptions and let us know. We'll prepare a special menu!
You can expect several of the following type of dishes to be served: mini pork chicharrones with a spicy dip, quinoa croquettes, wonton soup, carapulcra a pork & chocolate inspired dish. The desert will be made with local cacao.
