Vegetarian and bio meal
-Spinach salad with surimi (or seafood), gourd seeds, sesame oil and balsamic vinegar
- Courgettes & carrots with olive oil and cumin
- Fruits form the market
Mussels cooked in white wine (sometimes beer) with shallots, chive, parsley (and some secret ingredients)
Calf kidneys with mushrooms, flaméed with Armagnac and cooked in Bordeaux sauce: delicious!
One of my specialities and favorite dish...
Duck confit served with fried potatoes and porcini mushrooms (cooked in duck grease with parsley and garlic ).

Christophe is a warm hearted Parisian with many interesting stories and tales of his adventures in life, music, and traveling. He cooks his food with love and will give lots of amazing tips of things to do that are off the beaten path in Paris. I had a fantastic time!
