Welcome to Waikiki. I love cooking for friends and having a table of interesting people over to share a meal with.

The food I prepare is all local, fresh and organic. Forget the stereotypes of Hawaiian food being based on Spam and imported produce. To source the best ingredients I will hit the farmer's markets and my favorite fish mongers.
