In the land of lakes, rice, wine and cheese, here is a menu taken from the tradition. I will tell you all the legends from where most of the recipes are taken and some descriptions of the area. You will know how to prepare yourself the plates. In my kitchen cooking classes are also available and foodie tours with visit of wine and cheese producers all around the lake district and the novarese area. A standard menu is composed of Appetizer, main course, dessert with wine. But we also follow your request. We could organize a cheese tasting with main course and wine for example o whatever you would explore within the regional and italian plates! No problem for gluten free, macrobiotic, vegan and vegetarian meal. Just ask! The kitchen can host at least 10 persons.
