Our menu consists of a first dish which is papaya salad, the Ingredients are: small green papaya, roasted peanuts or cashews, 1 to 2 tomatoes, cut into thin wedges or long strips.
Then soup Tom kha kai: coconut milk, chicken, galangal - (note: one can substitute ginger, as galangal and ginger are similar, but the flavors are different) onion, tomato, mushrooms, sugar, lime juice, soy sauce, cilantro.
Dressing: soy sauce for vegetarians, lime juice, chili up to the guests request.
Second dish is Pad Thai-Dried rice noodles, eggs, tamarind pulp,soy sauce, chicken, shallots, palm sugar, lime, peanuts.
Third dish is the dessert Tapioca pearl pudding.
Ingredients: small tapioca pearls, sugar, cups water, coconut milk, corn seeds. Sawadee krap:)
