Starter - vegetable soup and home-made bread
Main course - roast veal with potatoes, white rice and vegetable salad
Dessert - angel hair (aletria - tradicional )

Vegetable soup cooked with organic, fresh vegetables: carrot, onion, leek, pumpkin and olive oil cream, with sliced cabbage.
Roast veal traditionally cooked with herbs and spices. Tender, succulent beef from cattle raised in the surrounding mountains. These cattle graze the whole day on spontaneous mountain plants.
Potatoes roasted in the oven in the roast juice and rice cooked in the oven with meat stock and chorizo.
Mixed salad or spring salad.
Very traditional locally. Angel hair pasta cooked in milk, eggs, cinnamon and with a peel of lemon.
Home made chorizo, charred on the grill sided with farm bread. This is your very first bite into this journey.
